![]() ![]() In order to perform the simulation of delamination in industrialist’s structures described by such models, a three-scale domain decomposition method is used to solve, at each time step of the time integration scheme, the non-linear global equilibrium problem. In particular the cohesive zones models have demonstrated their ability to predict the delamination of laminates. ![]() ![]() Nevertheless, performing predictive simulations of the global behavior and the degradation processes of the laminates requires a very fine description of the material. Composite laminates are widely used by the industrialists, as they enable an optimization of the dimensions of structures, which results in a global drop of energetic costs. ![]()
